AM I TOO OLD TO START FLEXIBILITY / CONTORTION TRAINING?!


The answere is a clear NO! Most of my costumers are between 20-60 years old. Everyone can improve, in their own way and on their own terms.




HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TRAIN AFTER MY FIRST CLASS OR PRIVATE SESSION?


I recommend practicing at least 3x a week. Feel free to add more training session, once your body is getting used to it. But i recommend having at least 2 days in a row as resting days. If you can commit to 3x a week, that is totally fine. Youl will always benefit from training no matter how often ;)




WHAT DO I NEED FOR THE GROUP CLASS/PRIVATE SESSION?


Its always good to have: - a good Yoga Mat thats cushioned enough - Yoga Strap or something similar - 2 or more Yoga Blocks - Mini Loop band in different strengths - Deußerband/BIG LOOP Band - Chair - Wall Space - Foamroller - Peanut - Theraband
